Bee Ready Skills Center - Refund Policy

At Bee Ready Skill Center, we strive to provide high-quality educational experiences for all of
our students. Our class sizes are regulated, with a limited number of seats. We are subject to
costs for cancellations and cannot offer a full refund for cancellations be a learner. We
understand that circumstances can change, and we have established the following refund policy
to address such situations fairly and transparently.

General Refund Guidelines

1. Program Cancellation by Bee Ready

If a course or program is canceled by Bee Ready Skill Center due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of tuition paid will be issued within 10-14 business days.

2. Withdrawal by Participant

Before the Program Start :
If a participant withdraws 7 or more calendar days before the program start date, they are eligible for a 90% refund of tuition paid, minus the registration fee.
Less than 4-7 Calendar Days Before the Start Date:
If a participant withdraws within 4-7 calendar days of the start date, they are eligible for a 50% refund of tuition paid, minus the registration fee.
3 days before class starts:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations in 3 calendar days or less or missing the class.

3. Missed Classes

Refunds are not provided for missed classes due to illness, vacation, or other personal reasons.

Make-up classes may be offered at the discretion of the instructor or center management but are not guaranteed.

4. Special Circumstances

Requests for exceptions due to medical emergencies or other serious matters will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to: contactus@beereadyskills.com
Please include the participant’s full name, course name, and reason for the refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days using the original method of payment.
